The Dutch Neuroscience Meeting 2024

The DNM24 (Dutch Neuroscience Meeting 2024) is the 26th annual meeting in a series that started in 1997 as the Endo-Neuro Meeting. Over the last two decades the DNM has become a cornerstone of the Dutch neuroscience community.

It connects national and international neuroscientists, and facilitates the exchange of fundamental, translational and clinical neuroscience data and ideas.

The program of the DNM24 focuses specifically on the latest scientific developments within the broad neuroscience field, through targeted invitation of foreign top researchers as 'invited speakers'.

To optimize scientific exchange, young Dutch researchers from different universities and labs and across all positions present their work in parallel sessions around a specific topic together with these international experts in the same field.

During the meeting, selected PhD students, postdocs and master students present their research at poster sessions or in short talks. This makes their contribution an integrated part of the DNM24 meeting. The annual Dutch Neuroscience Meeting is the largest Dutch meeting with typically around 500 participants.

As a result, it is the most important national neuroscience conference and has the biggest impact on the career of junior researchers.
