GrantFunds is an information and research platform that indexes and presents publicly available grant opportunity data sourced from government agencies, foundations, international development organisations, and third-party databases including AidData. We do not administer, distribute, or award grant funds. We are not affiliated with any funder unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any personalised features of the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal organisational research purposes. You agree not to:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation of grant data — is the property of GrantFunds or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Underlying grant data may be subject to the terms of the original data source. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including funder portals, government agency sites, and application systems. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANTFUNDS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantFunds and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the revised date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Delaware.
