Grant Description

China had provided 50 scholarships to students from the Confucius Institute in Kabul University to study for two years in China.

During an interview with Ambassador Deng Xijun on 21 October 2013 Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
