Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund - Destruction of Dual-Use Biological Weapons-related Facility; The Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (NDF) provides a means for the USG to respond rapidly to high priority nonproliferation and disarmament opportunities, circumstances, or conditions that are unanticipated or unusually difficult.

NDF projects aim to destroy, secure, or prevent the proliferation of WMD, WMD-related materials and delivery systems, and destabilizing conventional weapons.
