The ritual paintings of the Red Dao people in Sa Pa Town, Lao Cai Province, embody profound spiritual significance and traditional artistic techniques.

The project aims to preserve and revive this endangered art form by documenting existing paintings, training new practitioners, and promoting traditional techniques and materials.

Activities include inventory making, research and documentation, transmission classes, revival of traditional techniques, dissemination through exhibitions and educational materials, and an evaluation of the project's impact.
