Grant Description

To support the conservation of 32,000 ethnographic objects collected from over 50 ethnic groups. The objects will be cleaned, categorized, catalogued and stored appropriately. The project will allow the collection to become accessible while protecting it from theft. Also, the staff of the Uganda Museum will be trained to care for the collection.
