Grant Description

Researchers are archiving Marcus Garvey's writings on issues that faced the West Indies during the late 1930s.

A manuscript, photograph collection and database of important writings of Garveys daily life in Jamaica and the West Indies will be produced with funds, permitting greater access to an important element of Garveys work.
