The Archaeological and Ethnographical Museum Guido Boggiani was founded in 1989.

The museum houses an important collection of intellectual patrimony of the native nations of the Guarani and Zamuko linguistic families of Paraguay. Funds are for administrative improvement, exhibit space, and enhanced educational and outreach programs.
