To support the documentation of the collecion of the Museu do Dundo, in the province of Lunda-Norte, to protect it from loss. The museum and its collection suffer from neglect, vandalism and theft.
The museum holds thousands of Tchokwe artifacts and is a vital repository of the nation's historical and cultural memory.
The project will also compile a photographic record of the artifacts which could be used to create an exhibit for students and the general public.
