Grant Description

The grant supports the Museum of African Art, an ethnographic museum established in 1938. The collection contains objects representative of the broad spectrum of Senegalese art.

Funds will restore and display items in the museums collection; improve the storage facility for the collection; and develop a database to document the contents of the museums collection.
