Grant Description

To support the preservation and digitization of the manuscripts and rare book collections at the Union Theological College. The collections contain 2000 manuscripts in several Indian languages.

The 200-year-old manuscripts include information about fold literature, traditional systems of medicine, and religious writings. Digitizing will allow availability to researchers.
