Grant Description

To provide equipment and materials for the conservation of the museum collections as well as improving the infrastructure of the museum. The museum is an important center for preserving the cultural and archaeological heritage of the Southern Congo.

The country's internal conflicts have resulted in the degradation of the museum and the loss of international professional contacts.
