Grant Description

A comprehensive needs assessment and mission analysis of Guatemala's National Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology are being conducted in this project.

The team is completing a thorough review of the Mayan collections, reviewing preservation and conservation procedures, examining the administration, examining exhibits, considering the educational mandate of the museum and developing an external fundraising strategy.
