To support the preservation of rituals performed by the Kazandusan ethnic group on the island of Sabah.
The key feature of all rituals is the chanting of the Bobohizan, female ritual specialists who acquire the tradition through a lengthy learning process. There are only a few remaining Bobohizan and they are in their 70's and 80's.
The documentation will include the Moginakan ritual to celebrate the year's harvest and the Momohizan ritual performed when graves are moved.
