Grant Description

To enable the digitization and creation of a database of historical documents in the main museum of manuscripts in Georgia. Digitization will allow use of the documents without risk of damage to the originals.

The collection includes over 300 manuscripts from the 11th - 16th century during Georgia's existence as a single kingdom.
