Grant Description

Funds are for the development of written and didactic materials about the history, oral literature and traditions of the Afro-Ecuadorian people, an under represented element of the Ecuadorian population.

A CD-Rom and texts will produced and distributed to public schools, grades K-12, and will become part of the archival collection at the Universidad Andina Simon Bolivar for use by faculty and students.
