Grant Description

On January 27, 2005, the Government of China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with the Government of Perú, in which the former granted the latter 10 million RMB.

The specific project to be funded through the agreement was not specified in the agreement, but to be outlined at a later date. The Chinese Ambassador to Peru and the Peruvian Minister of Foreign Relations signed the agreement.
