Grant Description

On May 24, 2011, the Government of China and the Government of Peru signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) at the Peruvian International Cooperation to grant Peru 20 million RMB (about USD $3 million).

Banking procedures for the agreement were handled by the China Development Bank and the Bank of the Nation of Peru (Banco de la Nación del Perú). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
