[umbrella project] China and Togo sign 4 agreements in December 2013 On December 27, 2013, Ambassador Liu Yuxi and Togolese Minister of Economy and Finance Ayasol signed two economic and technical cooperation agreements and two framework agreements for preferential loans to Togo.

These 4 projects include: Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
