Grant Description

In 2008, the Chinese Embassy in Cape Verde signed an agreement to provide a CVE 90,000 grant to the Government of Cape Verde for the Eduardo Miranda Educational Complex Construction Project.

The project involved for the construction of the Eduardo Miranda Educational Complex, a secondary school in Vila de Cova Figueira on Fogo Island. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
