China signs Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement loaning 50 million RMB interest-free to Cabo Verde On 4 November 2013, during the Fourth Ministerial Conference of the Macau Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, the Chinese Minister of Commerce signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement loaning 50 million RMB interest-free to Cabo Verde for unspecified projects.
