Grant Description

On August 5, 2015 and August 13, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Togo signed an exchange of notes for the Lomé Regional Hospital Center Sewage Treatment System Project. China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) is the source of funding.

It almost certainly provided a grant or interest-free loan for this project, but the monetary value and nature of its financial commitment is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
