Grant Description

On November 9, 2011, the Chinese Government and the Government of Togo signed a grant agreement for the Tokoin-Lomé High School Expansion Project and Solar Energy Demonstration Project. The grant was worth RMB 79,600,000 (or CFA 6.4 billion francs). China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) was the source of the grant.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
