Grant Description

On January 14, 2010, Chinese and Samoan government officials signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA #70224) granting an unspecified amount to the Government of Samoa.

On November 25, 2011, officials signed an exchange of letters allocating RMB 650,000 from this ETCA for the support of Samoan archers to travel to China for training. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
