Grant Description

In 2016, the Chinese government agreed to grant $14 million USD for the supply of 22 MRI units to 4 city hospitals in Tashkent, 5 regional multidisciplinary medical centers (for adults) in Tashkent, Ferghana, Jizzakh, Khorezm and Syrdarya regions, and 13 regional children's multidisciplinary medical centers.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
