Grant Description

In April 2012, China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting an unspecified amount of money for three education projects in Samoa: the National University of Samoa (NUS) Marine Training Center (Record ID#61643), the expansion of Loto Taumafai School (Record ID#37736), and the reconstruction of Siumu primary school (Record ID#40528).
