Grant Description

In November 2014, a development cooperation agreement was signed in November 2014 between the Government of Nepal and Tibet Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China (TAR, PRC) for development focused on livelihood, living standard, healthcare, rural roads etc. This included the construction of a Solar Energy Power Station, located at Lomanthang, in the Mustang District.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
