Grant Description

On 21 November, 2016, the opening ceremony of the Overseas Seminar on Capacity Building for Cuban Cadres was held. This training class is a direct result of the foreign aid training program established between both countries. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
