Grant Description

On May 6, 2008, the governments of China and Barbados signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) providing Barbados with a grant of 20 million RMB for the financing of unspecified projects. The agreement was signed on the Barbadian Prime Minister's trip to China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
