Grant Description

On Jul 20, 2009, the graduation ceremony of the third phase of the Indonesian Ministry of Trade Business Chinese Training Course was held in Beijing.

This training course was sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and undertaken by Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College. A total of nine officials from the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia participated.

The trainees participated in a three-month Chinese language training in Beijing and went to Xiamen City in Fujian Province and Qingdao City in Shandong Province to increase the capabilities of Indonesian small and medium enterprises. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
