Grant Description

On March 1, 2016, Hanban and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University signed an agreement with Anton de Kom University of Suriname to establish a Confucius Institute. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
