Grant Description

On August 22, 2007, the Chinese Ambassador to Samoa held a reception for 12 Samoan students who received Chinese government scholarships. Following the reception, the students will leave to study in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
