Grant Description

On August 13, 2015, the Chinese Ambassador to Samoa held a farewell party for 23 Samoan students who have received Chinese government scholarships. Following the party, the students will leave to study in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
