Grant Description

On 2 September, 2009, Chinese Government signed an Exchange of Notes agreement granting the Government of Cuba 60 modern traffic lights. The agreement was described to be a donation. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
