Grant Description

From September 10 to October 1, 2017, 19 Samoan chefs were in Shandong Province in China to attend the "Training Course for Culinary Skills for Samoa in 2017".

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce sponsored this project and Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College hosted the participants. It is unclear when the Chinese Ministry of Commerce committed to financing this training course. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
