Grant Description

On 17 August 2016, the Chinese Ambassador officially awarded 36 Basotho students the 2016/17 Chinese Government Scholarship (2016/17年度中国政府奖学金). Students attended various universities in China between September 2016 and June 2017. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
