China Foreign Languages Administration Donates Books to Turkish International Strategic Research Organization

On March 4, 2010, the Chinese International Publishing Group (a.k.a.

China Foreign Language Publishing and Distribution Bureau) donated books to Turkish International Strategic Research Organization (USAK).The book donation ceremony was held in USAK's headquarters. The donated books and magazines cover Chinese politics, economy, culture and ethnic and religious policies.

China International Publishing Group hopes to help USAK scholars understand and study China. The project has been coded as representational intent due to the material covered in the donated books. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
