China and Angola sign letters of exchange for 14-day financial cooperation seminar

On July 23, 2012, and July 26, 2012, China and Angola signed letters of exchange to organize a 14-day financial cooperation seminar for 20 Angolan government officials in China.

All expenses, including international travel to and from China, training fees, room and board, and transportation expenses during their stay in China were agreed to be provided free of charge by the Chinese government. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
