Grant Description

Based on the news release from the Embassy of China in Micronesia, in academic year of 2008-2009, 16 students from the Federated States of Micronesia were awarded Chinese Government Full Scholarships to support their enrollment in institutions of higher education in China.

According to the website of the Chinese Scholarship Council, the Chinese Government Scholarship is awarded by the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
