China Development Bank signs framework agreement for $8.3 Billion credit line to Belarus On March 24, 2010, China Development Bank signed a framework agreement for an $8.3 billion USD long-term credit line to Belarus.

The line of credit will be used to finance joint investment projects in Belarus with the participation of Chinese companies. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
