Grant Description

On June 23, 2011, the Government of Montenegro and the Government of China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) for the provision of a RMB 10 million Chinese Government grant of technical assistance to Montenegro for cooperation projects. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
