Grant Description

On June 23, 2011, the Government of Montenegro and the Government of China signed an agreement for the provision of education programmes on the environment and infrastructure management for 70 civil servants from Montenegro. These programs were to be organized in China. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
