Grant Description

In August 2013, an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) was signed between the government of China and Serbia. The agreement provided Serbia with 30 million RMB in nonrefundable aid.

To disburse the non-refundable aid, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) signed a Banking Arrangement with China Development Bank in January 2014. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
