Grant Description

On September 10, 2013, China agreed to give Armenia a grant of 100 million RMB (approximately 16 million USD) as part of an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA).

This grant will be used to continue the joint projects from a previous ETCA signed on December 28, 2012 (see Record ID#41319). Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
