Grant Description

On Aug. 24 2017, China provided emergency aid of vaccine against the swine flu to Myanmar.

The vaccine and other medical equipment worth of 25 million yuan (3.73 million U.S. dollars) was handed over to the Myanmar side at the Yangon International Airport. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
