ICBC signs buyer’s credit loan framework agreement to support animal husbandry in Ukraine In 2011, the Industrial and Commerical Bank of China signed a framework agreement with the Ukrainian LLC "UBinvest" to finance an animal husbandry (or cattle breeding) project in Ukraine through export buyers credits.

The China National Machinery Industry Complete Engineering Corporation (CMCEC) agreed to implement the project. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
