Grant Description

On June 24, 2009, Chinese Ambassador to Armenia, Hun Jun, and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Karine Ghazinyan, signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) between the two countries. The governments agreed that China will donate 70 million RMB to the Armenian Government. It is unknown what the money was used for.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
