Grant Description

On 4 July 2003, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao held talks with Vanuatu Prime Minister Natape in a working visit to Beijing, China.

After the talks, the two sides also signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) granting an unspecified amount of money to Vanuatu. Due to the age of this ETCA, AidData assumes it was fully drawn down. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
