Grant Description

On 29 May 2015, the Chinese Ambassador to Cote d'Ivoire signed an agreement granting unspecified funds for the establishment of chicken farms in Port-Bouët. This project is an opportunity for young Ivorians to learn entrepreneurial skills and promote small businesses. The project was co-financed by the Ivorian Government and a local NGO carried it out.

Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are in place to ensure project continuity.
