Grant Description

On 3 March 2010, the Chinese Ambassador officially donated 15 Hongqi 300 model high-end passenger cars to the Cote d'Ivoire Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The value of this donation is unknown. Loan applications and disbursements are still being received and processed as the projects continue to evolve.
